Over the years, I’ve handled network management both remotely and on-site, troubleshooting complex systems. My experience extends beyond tech—I’ve also worked in furniture design for a Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) factory, blending functionality with user needs.
My multidisciplinary background has equipped me with a deep understanding of users—their frustrations, learning curves with new systems, and how they interact with products in different environments. This perspective allows me to design solutions that align with real-world challenges and expectations.
